What I've been reading lately:

• The Making of an Expert - Harvard Business Review - Extensive research shows that expert performance is not inborn, it's something you build. The ingredients: intensive practice, study with devoted teachers/coaches, and enthusiastic family support. Do all those for about ten years, and you can perform at the expert level.   • Good tips for Django developers. I feel good that I'm doing most of them already, though I think I ought to get more comfortable with Pinax.
